Sweet Charity
The Sweet Charity trio plays at the second of TMV's Sunset Wine and Music series at the Red Barn!

  • WINE FLIGHTS Thursday through Sunday. Guests can take the nifty holders to the barn patio or picnic area to enjoy. Or, purchase a bottle (we will open it) to sip in the rustic elegance of the Red Barn. We have provided outdoor distanced seating so guests have a view of the vineyards and Tiger Mountain!

  • July 18: 7 to 9 p.m. SWEET CHARITY entertains. Distanced seating on the patio and at picnic tables on the green. The purchase of a bottle of wine is your admission. Bring your own glasses, though we'll have plastic ones or you can purchase TMV logo wine glasses. Sealed cheese plates available at the barn. ** In case of rain, we'll move all to the spacious Barrel Room with open double doors.

  • July case special: Purchase a case and receive a 25 % discount. That's a deal even for wine club members who receive 20% off on all wines. A few Library Norton vintages for sale --- in honor of Thomas Jefferson who grew Norton at Monticello!

  • TASTING ROOM HOURS: Thursday, Friday, and Sunday 1 to 5 p.m., Saturday, 11 am. to 6 p.m. Bottle and case sales only. Purchase a bottle at the Tasting Room and we will open for you to enjoy at the barn or picnic area. Bring your own picnic if you choose! We offer curbside pick-up --- call ahead with your order. Calls received before 4 p.m. will be returned the same day: 706-782-4777.

  • Our annual Awakening the Vines party was cancelled. But THE SEED AND FEED MARCHING ABOMINABLES WILL CELEBRATE THE 2020 VINTGE WITH US AT OUR HARVEST PARTY, tentatively set for Saturday, September 19.   • Latest Awards

  • TMV 2016 Mountain Cyn, a blend of Norton and Cabernet Franc, won a gold medal in the 2019 Jefferson Cup Invitational Competition.

  • Tiger Mountain's 2016 Norton Reserve won Best Norton in the 2019 American Wine Society Competition!

  • 2019 awards: Gold, International Eastern for 2016 Petit Manseng; silver for 2016 Malbec. Silver, Los Angeles International, for White Tiger, a dry white blend. The Los Angeles International is the nation's oldest and one of the most revered competitions. The International Eastern included wines from 41 states and 12 foreign countries.

  • TMV's Estate grown Touriga won gold in last year's (2018) International Eastern.

  • TMV 2016 Cabernet Franc won double gold in the 2018 Jefferson Cup which is described this way by founder Doug Frost, Master Sommelier, Master of Wine: "This competition is not open to every winery willing to submit an entrance fee. Rather we select the best of the best, culled from tastings and competitions in America."

  • TMV received a gold/best of class in the 2018 Los Angeles International for its 2016 Petit Manseng. A silver medal was awarded the 2015 Malbec, Ezzard estate grown.

  • TMV 2016 Malbec was named "Best Red Vinifera" in Georgia.

TMV Rabun Red and Viognier are available at Clayton's newest hot spot THE MARKET on Main Street. Enjoy the fireplace, baked goods, and amazing ambiance! Tiger Mountain wines are at TASTE Wine and Gourmet Food, 11 South Grove Street in Dahlonega ---- including the gold medal Georgia grown Malbec, White Tiger, and Mountain Cyn. Good news for Whole Foods shoppers. The two new Whole Foods 365 stores (Decatur and Buckhead) have just stocked four Tiger Mountain wines: Rabun Red, Viognier, Rosé and Tannat! Tastings of Blue Ridge now has a nice selection of Tiger Mountain wines including its popular five grape blend, Rabun Red. The Foothills IGA at Marble Hill also features TMV's latest vintages! The Salt Table in downtown Savannah and at their airport shop has the latest White Tiger, Rabun Red and an array of other TMV wines. The Warm Springs Wine Cellar features TMV White Tiger and TMV Touriga and Rabun Red! Jasper wine lovers can order TMV wines at Jasper's newest restaurant, The Old Mulehouse On Main Street! La Grange wine lovers can now find TMV wine at Splash Kitchens.

    About Tiger Mountain Vineyards

    Owned by the Ezzard family and their partners John and Marilyn McMullan, Tiger Mountain Vineyards produces red and white wines from 100% Georgia-grown grapes in Rabun County. Our 10 acres of vines, planted in 1995 and 1996 on the Ezzards' five-generation-old family farm, are nestled on the rolling sunny slopes of Tiger Mountain where they are individually tended and hand-picked. Our wines, mostly European vinifera, are found in every major city in Georgia and have won more than 195 awards. Our vineyards and tasting room are open year round.
