Petit Manseng

A full bodied and aromatic white. Aged in French Oak for 9 months, yet it is very fruit forward, with hints of pineapple, guava, vanilla, and subtle florality. This wine went through partial malolactic fermentation resulting in a round and soft mouthfeel which leads to a lengthy finish.

Rabun Red

This classic estate blend consists of Norton, Cabernet Franc, and Tannat. Oak aged for 30 months in French and American oak. Dominated by aromas of strawberry, boysenberry, licorice, and toasted hazelnut with a touch of vanilla.

White Tiger

This elegant white is a blend of Viognier and Petit Manseng. The Viognier was aged in stainless steel while the Petit Manseng was aged in French oak for 6 months. In this medium bodied blend you may notice notes of pear, apricot, lime zest, and almond which leads to a balanced and silky finish.

Mountain Cyn

Our Mountain Cyn is a full-bodied blend of Norton and Cabernet Franc. Characterized by notes of blackberry, bright red cherry, mushroom, fresh earth, dark red apple, black currant, and toasted oak.

Please note: In accordance with local regulations, we are unable to serve alcohol until 12:30 pm on Sunday.
